The race saw a number of high-profile celebs in attendance and apart from the race, the after-party was also quite a starry affair. Below is a list of some celebs who raised the glamour quotient at the Indian Grand Prix.

Sachin Tendulkar
Sachin's presence was imminent as the 'God of Cricket' is known to be passionate about the sport. Tendulkar was the one who waved the chequered flag as Sebestian Vettel emerged the winner of the race. He was also seen interacting with F1 boss, Bernie Ecclestone as well as Michael Schumacher, who he has known since a long time.
He tweeted: "What an experience it was to wave the chequered flag!!! Got to keep it as well!!! :-)"

Shah Rukh Khan

Shah Rukh Khan was the driving 'force' of Team Sahara Force India, not literally though. He was back after the much anticipated release of 'Ra.One.' Shah Rukh was seen with the owners of the Sahara Force India team, Vijay Mallya and Subroto Roy, cheering for the only Indian team.

Shah Rukh's tweet read: "Awesomely hot time at F1 & the noise. a warm heart to heart with lady gaga & her voice. Now to the main happiness...my lil kids & their arms"

Preity Zinta
Preity Zinta seemed busier than the paparazzi trying to take pictures. She was seen at the pit with her camera taking pictures before the race started.
This is what she had to say: "Driving to the Formula 1 Race ! So excited .... Cannot believe the crazy traffic & how hot it is ! Bring on the speed boyz.. We are ready !"

 Deepika Padukone & Siddharth Mallya
Deepika's presence at the Grand Prix was also obvious given her special bond with Siddharth Mallya. She turned up at the event with Mallya Jr. and both cheered for the home team, Sahara Force India.
Siddharth Mallya's tweet read: "To stand on the grid and hear the national anthem being played before the start was just an extraordinary feeling...only one word...PROUD"

Bipasha Basu
Bipasha also made sure she updated her fans about her outing at the Indian Grand Prix. She even tweeted a picture of hers along with her best buddy Binal Shah.

Post the race and the after party, Bips had this to say: "What a high energy day In Delhi!F1 n d party at Lap last night, bth were Awesome!N ya Lady Gaga,Amazing!Delhi entertained full throttle!"

Arjun Rampal
Arjun Rampal was the man who organized the Formula 1 after party which was the talk of the town. After the race, Arjun played the perfect host to Lady Gaga and the celebrity guests attending the bash.
He tweeted, "What a weekend. So proud of Jaypee group an amazing achievement,Formula 1 rocked on another level. @ladygaga is just genius on and off stage"
