Continued shooting schedules and promotional activities for months at stretch are taking toll on Kareena's health. Not just is she terribly exhausted, a change in sleeping pattern for days in succession has further disturbed her daily routine.
"Soon she would be shooting in nights with Imran Khan for 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu'. Then in morning she has promotional activities lined up for RA. ONE. She is barely able to catch on her sleep and somehow manages 4-5 hours of rest everyday", says a close associate of Kareena.
What is making it all further difficult for Kareena is the fact that this isn't just a passing phase and her schedule will actually stay on to be a little erratic for many more weeks to come.
"Her BODYGUARD came just a few weeks back and now RA. ONE requires her attention. In between she is also shooting for AGENT VINOD and DHUAAN", he continues, "Then in November she begins HEROINE. Most of her films also require a lot of travel. She has never been as busy and occupied as this but then it has also tired her a lot."
When contacted, Kareena agreed that it has been a hectic season for her. She said, "Yes, physically it has taken a toll on me and I am very exhausted. However I am trying to take out time for family and strike a balance."
Cheering up, she adds, "Looking at the brighter side, this is something that I always wanted. I love working, it is my passion. Acting is great and fortunately I have worked with some fun films in last 1-2 years. So no regrets here."
And what are Bebo's plans for Diwali?
Bright and loud Diwali, yet Bebo seem so simple! Well, Kareena Kapoor who was present for the shoot of 'Diwali Rishton Ki Mithas' refused to wear a shiny, blood-red sari for the event that will be aired on the channel soon.
Wondering what made her angry or was she too shy? Well, humble Kareena reasoned that her beau Saif Ali Khan's dad Nawab Pataudi has recently passed away. And it would look really bad on her part if she dolls up for a public event.
So, she asked the designer working on her costume for the show to tone the colors down to the point that they look pale and faded
